We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This Pinterest video downloader does not host, store or keep copies of any Pinterest media. When you use the tool, media is fetched from Pinterest and delivered directly to your device. We act only as a technical conduit.
Filing a DMCA takedown notice
If you believe content accessible through our tool infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@pinterestdownloader.pk including all of the following: (1) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (2) the exact Pinterest URL or material at issue; (3) your full name, address, telephone number and email; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on its behalf; and (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter notification
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction. We will process valid counter notices in line with the DMCA.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right to restrict access to users who repeatedly submit or request infringing material. Because we do not host content, most disputes are resolved directly with Pinterest and the original creator.
